Okay, here's the deal. We like you. We want you to have fun. But there are a few ground rules:

It's Your Content. Although we've provided the functionality to allow you to post whatever you want, we need to say that all content on the site (other than the pages we've created) is property of its author. User-generated content does not necessarily represent the opinion of OneUpMe or its affiliates.

Deleting. As administrators, we can delete whatever content we feel may be inappropriate for the site. This includes games, game topics, game posts, forum topics, forum posts and user information.

Game Creation. As it says when you create a game, game ideas must be approved before they can be displayed on the site. When you create a game, we get notified and can either approve or disapprove of your idea. You'll get a response email either way.

Privacy. Your email address will never be publicly displayed. It's purely for us so we can contact you if need be. The only thing public to users and non-users is your username, location and whatever profile information you choose to share.
