OneUpMe.com was originally created in December 2006 from a simple idea: every day, people would respond to a daily phrase, attempting to "one-up" each other on the creativity of their answer. But the idea grew when it became obvious that the format of the game (one topic to many posts) could be expanded to incorporate all sorts of word games with the same OneUpMe essence.

Presenting the new OneUpMe.com: a site that fosters abstract and creative thought through a variety of wordplay games all in the same post-response format. We invite you to be creative, create your own games and invite people to play. There's no limit on the game possibilities!
